I am happy to announce that I have started offering company coaching? What is company coaching you might ask?
I will have sessions with the various departments of your company to identify what things we need to focus on to make your company and your departments into real champions.
One of the first companies that I have provided my coaching services to is the Dutch online casino portal company NLG Limited. After just 3 months of coaching the HR team was able to identify higher moral within the company which was attributed to the coaching.
