Yes. You can cancel your Ling subscription at any time. You will need to cancel your subscription based on how you originally started the subscription. Deleting the app and/or your account does not cancel your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you subscribed to Ling on your phone/device settings: For Android phones/devices: Follow these instructions from Google. For iOS phones/devices: Follow these instructions from Apple. If you signed up via the Ling website: Cancellation of subscriptions are handled via email to [email protected]. Please ensure you add in the body of your email the email address used on sign up.

What's your refund policy?
