Every once in a while, a tool shows up that doesn’t try too hard, and still completely changes your workflow. Circleback did that for me. Yes, there are several note-taking tools out there. I’ve barely scratched the surface. However, this one integrated so smoothly into my actual workflow that I stopped thinking about notes altogether. Seeing the numbers in my 2025 summary made me realise just how much time and mental space it’s saved me over the year. Worth it. And this is without even getting into how I’ve built it into my workflow, or the other things I’m using it for these days.
