Breaking news: AI Engineering Stockholm is currently topping the list of Stockholm’s best tech meetups. Yesterday I joined another great event from Robert Westin — an AI Engineering session focused on agent orchestration. We split up after high school. Me and Fabian Lindfors went to the same class in high school for 3 years. Do you ever remember that kid in class being the smartest person in the room? That was Fabian for me. After graduating, we studied in different cities and didn't meet each other again until 7 years later when a friend in common brought us together in Stockholm. We had both been working as engineers with similar jobs, at different companies. Fabian at Stripe, where he went from new grad to Senior Engineer in just 2 years. Me at Fever, Braive and Volvo On Demand where I worked with some of the best engineers in Stockholm. Turned out we had a lot more in common than we thought back in high school. This summer our friendship took an unexpected turn. What started with a beer on a rooftop ended with us quitting our jobs, moving to San Francisco, and building Specific (YC F25). Demo Day is just around the corner, and we're just getting started.
