Please ensure that you follow these house rules:  

1) The towels are provided for hygienic purposes. Please use the kitchen paper towels for spills and the face wipes in the bathroom drawer for makeup removal.
2) Please place your glasses and cups on the coasters provided. 
3) We do not allow smoking in the unit.  
4) Check-out is strictly at 10:00.  

Note that Airbnb may hold guests accountable and financially liable for any damages to the apartment or its contents.

Photo Check In Guide

- This is a self-check-in unit.  
- The check-in desk is staffed 24/7.  
- Check in any time after 15h00.  

1) When entering the building via the front door, please report to the desk on the left-hand side. 
2) State that you are doing a Private Airbnb self-check-in at Unit 105. (The keys are in a lockbox on the front door)
3) The security guard on duty will either show you to the elevator or guide you upstairs.
4) Proceed to unit 105 on the 1st Floor.
5) There is a lockbox on the door, please enter the code provided, press down the black button and retrieve the keys.
6) Your lockbox code will be communicated to prior to your check-in time and will expire at your check-out time.

The parking bay is located on the 2nd Basement level, - 2.
The parking bay number is 105.

FOR IMMEDIATE ACTION, PLEASE GO TO THE SECURITY DESK ON THE GROUND FLOOR AND REPORT ANY NOISE OR SMELLS.

HOW TO SUBMIT A NOISE OR SMELL COMPLAINT:  
1) Gather evidence in the form of a video, voice recording or photo 
2) Share them with Janko via the AirBnB app or WhatsApp to +27832574968. 
3) Please include your building and unit number, as well as the unit number you are reporting.  

PLEASE NOTE - We cannot report any noise or smells without evidence    

COMPLAINTS AGAINST YOU AS A GUEST:  

1) Please note that all the surrounding units may also lodge complaints 
2) Complaints made without evidence will be mentioned to our guests. 
3) If a complaint is made with evidence, and there is a breach of the Body Corporate Rules, a single warning shall be given. 
4) Upon a second confirmed complaint, your stay may be terminated without any refund.

Complaints

1) Buy a Simcard at the Airport on Arrival 
2) Use Uber to get around easily. We recommend using this Uber to get from the Airport to your Accommodation. If you are planning to travel around to the smaller towns, it will be cheaper to rent a car. Public transport to other towns is mot recommended. 
3) South Africa uses Plug types C and N 
4) Drinking water in major cities and towns are safe to drink. Double check with locals if you are traveling to smaller towns 
5) There is a very low malaria risk in South Africa 
6) English is widely spoken 
7) You don't need to carry around a lot of cash. Most point of sales cater for cashless sales. 
8) Be prepared to tip within the Service Industry 
9) Cape Town has its dangers like all other countries. Be street smart!

International Guests

The Gym is located right next to the Reception area in the Foyer. Please ask security for access.

Early check-in: 

Early check-in may be possible, from 13h00. Please arrange early check-in 48 hours in advance.   

Baggage drop: 

A self-baggage drop at the unit may be possible, from 11h00. 

Please arrange your baggage drop 48 hours in advance. Your baggage will be secured inside the unit, while our housekeeper prepares the unit for your stay. 
Please note that this is not an early check-in! You are only allowed to drop your luggage, while our housekeeper is busy.   

If we cannot accommodate your early baggage drop, We recommend clicking on "Other bag-drop & pick-up solutions" in the main menu.
