Thank you for your interest in hosting Black Wednesday! If your organization is interested in working with AASD/FLHBRC in collaborating to host your own Black Wednesday, please fill out this form. Hosting Black Wednesday is on a first come first served basis, so please be aware there may be competing request and plan accordingly. Please do not advertise or plan your hosting event until you have received confirmation of your selected date. Once you receive confirmation please send a copy of the promotional flyer or inform us if you need one made two weeks prior to your event. Request for Black Wednesday's must be submitted at least two week's prior to your event to be considered. Black RSOs who regularly attend Black Caucus meetings will be given priority for reservations at Fannie Lou and for Black Wednesdays. Thank you for your understand, AASD's Programming Team
