For 71 years, Community Living Algoma's focus has been committed to the advancement of a community in which all people are: recognized and valued as full citizens; achieve personal dignity; enjoy the benefits and responsibilities of independence; and supported in reaching their full potential. In 2024-2025, CLA provided supports and services to more than 833 children, youth and adults in the Algoma District. The Employment Network is a division of Community Living Algoma. We believe that work is a fundamental part of life. It's not just something you do to make money - it's something that brings you closer to your community, helps you build a sense of purpose and self-worth, and gives you the chance to share your gifts with the world. We want to help organizations embrace inclusive hiring practices so that everyone feels welcomed and valued at work. CLA’s head office is in Sault Ste. Marie with satellite sites in Wawa and Elliot Lake.
