How long do I have to get signed off?

Once you have attended the course, you will have 6 weeks to be signed off and deemed competent. Once signed off, please ask your Ward Sister to send an email through to education@wvt.nhs.uk and ESR will then be updated accordingly.

I am struggling to get signed off, what shall I do?

If you are struggling to get signed off, please email ClinicalSkillsTeamEDC@wvt.nhs.uk and we can review your situation. An extension of your deadline can be provided, or alternative measures can also be put in place to support you
