Emerark were delighted to recently assist the gold mining company PT Archi Indonesia at their Toka Tindung mine in Northern Sulawesi. We were assigned on an exclusive, retained basis to help Archi search for a suitably experienced Principal Metallurgist, in what will be a crucial role for the company moving forward. It was a challenging search given the successful candidate will be required to live in-country but the time to hire in this particular case was only 6 weeks, from the commencement of the search to Archi appointing a candidate.
