Little Engine Moving Pictures has been selected for the Canadian Creative Accelerator Program for Unscripted TV 2024-2025! The Canadian Creative Accelerator (CCA) is organized by the Trade Commissioner Service | Service des délégués commerciaux at the Consulate General of Canada in Los Angeles | Consulat général du Canada à Los Angeles and the Consulate General of Canada in New York | Consulat général du Canada à New York. Little Engine will be pitching a select slate of unscripted series, including kids and family docu-series Let's Be Friends, which has received development funding from the Bell Fund/ Fonds Bell (Bell Slate Fund). Sessions consist of curated workshops, in-person meetings and 1:1 mentorship with major Hollywood studios, streamers and production companies in LA next week and in NYC in February. June 12, 2024 (Toronto/Montréal) – The Independent Production Fund announces funding decisions for the Cogeco TV Production Program deadline on April 17, 2024. The Independent Production Fund has approved production financing in the amount of over $2.4M for the following 11 companies and television series (7 English language projects and 4 French language projects).
