ABOUT ME I've been twisting balloons into interesting shapes for about 22 years now, I'm still learning new techniques and patterns, in fact, a large portion of my day is spent practicing and learning. The art intrigues me it always has since before I started. There is something almost magical about taking a small sack of tree resin (that's what latex is) and turning it into something that delights young and old. What got me started in the business I met a gentleman, who was twisting balloons at the Woodbridge fall fair, (at the time I had a candy booth there). Fortunately for me, the weather was miserable so he and I had a chance to talk. At the time I saw it as an excellent add on to the candy business, I also saw it as an opportunity to express my artistic side. I picked up a book with some balloons and a cheap pump (yes I still have that pump), and haven't looked back since. Be sure to like and follow on facebook, there are monthly contests.
