NAHREP Top 250 Awards
The listing of the Top 250 Latino Agents and Mortgage Originators in America is compiled through broker-affirmed self-nomination reflective of transactions closed during the previous calendar year. Nominations for the award open in early January. Agents and Mortgage Originators are encouraged to nominate themselves and any deserving colleagues for the honor. To be eligible, nominees are required to submit residential closed transaction counts and volume in order to rank against other nominees. Once received, NAHREP reviews the nominations for accuracy by validating against other available data, including MLS records and franchise data. NAHREP membership is not a prerequisite for participation or acknowledgement in the Top 250 Latino Agents & Mortgage Originators Awards.

Last week, the Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee advanced the Reforming and Optimizing Access to Domestic (ROAD) Housing Act of 2025, the largest housing package introduced since the 2008 housing crisis. ROAD to Housing is comprised of 40 separate provisions, including 27 previously introduced bills, a staggering 23 of which have bipartisan support.
