Nikki is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to walk you through everything—from jewelry selection to aftercare. She has an amazing range of high-quality jewelry to choose from, and she always makes sure everything fits you perfectly. What really sets her apart, though, is her energy. Her vibe is so welcoming and safe, which is a huge deal when you’re doing something as intimate and nerve-wracking as getting pierced.

You can clearly tell that Nikki is passionate about her craft and genuinely cares for her clients—and that reflects in every aspect of her business. She creates such a comfortable environment while still keeping everything professional and clean. Her space is always spotless, and her attention to sanitation is top-tier (which is exactly what you want when getting pierced).

She’s even helped me with piercings I got elsewhere that didn’t heal well, and taught me proper aftercare and the importance of downsizing—something I had no clue about until she explained it.
