Thank you for your interest in joining (or returning to!) Project Literacy! Founded in 1990, ProLit is a tutoring organization working to narrow the educational disparities that exist in Los Angeles. We currently have two in-person sites, where our ProLit tutors provide weekly tutoring and mentorship to K-12 students and adult English-Learners. Through our weekly curriculum, field trips, and arts and crafts projects, Project Literacy provides opportunities for students and tutors to learn and grow together.
