About 

How I work 

My work integrates over a decade of experience in addiction counselling and performance coaching, drawing on evidence-based recovery models, Brainspotting, Motivational Interviewing, and principles from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Sessions are collaborative, pragmatic, and tailored — combining emotional insight with structure, accountability, and results.
