TESOC Multicultural Settlement and Community Services (TESOC) is a non-profit organization supporting the community since 1978 in core Immigration and Settlement Services for eligible Newcomers in 13+ languages: Tamil, English, French, Arabic, Azerbaijani, Dari, Hindi, Farsi, Pashto, Russian, Sinhala, Turkish and Urdu. Our other core programs include Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) and Childminding. We also continue to offer a variety of other FREE programs and services for clients and community members, like translation and interpretation, the New Horizons for Seniors Program (NHSP), Women Aiding Women (WAW), and the Mental Health and Wellness Program, which includes workshops, short-term counselling, etc. TESOC is primarily funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), and partly funded by the City of Toronto, and the Government of Canada.
