Welcome! This is the place to learn hand embroidery stitches and make beautiful pieces to be proud of. I'm Cathy Reavy and whether you're a complete beginner or have been stitching for years, I'll guide you through each stitch with clear, easy to follow tutorials, organised in playlists for my Stitch Wheel, Bug Box and Canvas Stitches Garden samplers. You can use your own materials or if you'd like to start right away, I've created embroidery kits with everything you need. You can find them on my website at http://www.threadsworkshops.co.uk/kits.html. I have been running Threads Workshops since 2012 and in 2025, I qualified with a Certificate with Merit in Technical Hand Embroidery from the Royal School of Needlework.
