I can't believe I cooked steak of the quality that I would have been delighted with at Hawksmoor....Sam was excellent, recommended cut, simple cooking instructions for my Komado Joe. The Iberico Pork stunning, the rib eye...sublime...

Amazing specialist butchers with friendly and informative staff. Had the Iberico pork chop-which isn’t like pork at all, smooth, buttery and rich in flavour. The rib cap burgers and the steak kebab were also wonderful. Everything cooked on the bbq in November, in the rain (although slightly sheltered) and worth it.

Always a pleasure to purchase the best cuts of meat from Bob who also provides tips on cooking and best cuts of the day. Ask by other staff member "what's the best cuts of meat you have had so far"?. I replied " Every piece of meat I have purchased as been very tender and delicious. 😋

Christmas 2024 meat order.
Quality of meat was excellent, just a pity we didn't get what we ordered. Should have checked but we had a near 200 mile journey for Christmas. We ordered gluten free pigs in blankets, we got a lot of chipolata sausages.
When you are spending just under £150 you expect them to get it right or inform you why not.

The best butchers around. Absolutely love a trip to Butcher Farrell’s. The quality of produce is absolutely world class, the best I can find in the North West, with the Iberico Pork and Galician Blonde my personal faves. The service from the team is just as good, they have regularly reserved me stuff via DM on Instagram as well which goes to show the personal touch they will give to customers. If you’ve not been yet, hurry up!

Absolutely outstanding! Went it there knowing I fancied something different than beef or chicken for a roast.. the butcher (unfortunately didn’t catch his name) was spot on! Directed me toward a lovely bit of lamb! He gave me directions on how to cook and even deboned it, minted it and tied it.. HONESTLY BY FAR THE NICEST LAMB IVE EVER EATEN!! Thank you
