Welcome to a journey of warmth, rest, and rejuvenation! Each session welcomes up to 10 people, creating a cozy, shared ritual of community care with the elements of nature in the city. Community Sessions are beginner friendly, and your first time is by donation (We recommend $15)Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before the start time to change, settle, and ease in. After your session, you’ll also have 15 minutes to transition out slowly — no rush. If you've been to Circulate for a Community Sauna session you can book an Open Flow Thermal Cycle session. These self-directed sessions, are intended for you to shape the time and space needed. A host is present to keep the fire hot, and the water flowing.

Sessions are unguided and include a brief orientation, plus all supplies needed for a meaningful experience. Cooling options, aromatic botanicals, wood-fired heat, rest zones.Please arrive 15 minutes early to change and settle in.
