Booking / Inquiry

To connect you with your new forever ink companion, here’s a few pre-session guidelines to keep in mind before your appointment:
 
1. Moisturize - Make sure to moisturize the area we will be tattooing daily for one week before our session.

2. Water & Rest - Make sure to stay hydrated and get a good night’s rest.

3. Eat Food - Eat before the appointment, preferably something filling and nutritious to keep your energy up. Bring snacks to keep you energized throughout the tattoo as well. 

4. Dress comfortably - Wear something that gives easy access to the tattoo area as well. Tattooing is inherently a messy process, make sure the clothes you're wearing aren't too precious!

5. Alcohol - limit alcohol or any blood thinners before your session

Session Preparation

Wrap removal: If using second skin, remove after 3 days under warm water and gently pulling from the bottom. Otherwise, remove wrap once home. 

Cleaning: Wash daily with unscented soap for 3 weeks, avoiding direct scrubbing. Pat dry with paper towel or recently washed towel. 

Moisturizing:  Apply a thin layer of fragrance-free lotion after showering. Reapply the lotion up to 3-4 times a day whenever it’s itchy. 

Avoid Water: No soaking in baths, pools, or hot tubs for at least two weeks. 

Avoid heavy activity: No heavy workouts that will induce a lot of sweat for at least 1 week.  

Scratching: Resist the urge to scratch to prevent scarring and loss of pigment. 

Sun Protection: Avoid direct sunlight for the tattoo. Use sunscreen to protect your healed tattoo. 

Avoid Pets: Avoid direct contact with any pets to the tattooed area for the first 2 weeks. 

Following these guidelines will help ensure optimal healing.
