- How to give availability:
Please give availability via the form for the upcoming week. 
Submissions close Friday at 5PM.
If your availability changes, just submit the availability form again.
If rostered, assume you are required until close. Starting earlier may increase, but cannot guarantee, the chance of finishing earlier, this is at the discretion of the shift manager.

- How to find cover & swap shifts:
Those available but not scheduled will be highlighted in red on the online roster.
Please enter this form once you have found someone to swap shifts with. Please try to arrange a swap or cover your shifts 1 hour before your shift start time.
Once acknowledged by management, a message will be sent into the WhatsApp group confirming the change and the online roster will be updated.

If you do not notify management you will be considered responsible for the shift assigned to you.
