I had a wonderful first lash lift and tint experience at The Esthetic Co. I have extremely sensitive skin and have recently struggled with eyelash dermatitis. They were so kind and understanding and even let me come in ahead of time for a patch test. After a successful test, Olivia did my lift and tint and did an amazing job! She kept checking in to see how I was doing and ensuring nothing was bothering my eyes during our session. Thanks to The Esthetic Co. my lashes looked beautiful for my wedding and honeymoon!

I've been coming to The Esthetic Co. for monthly facials since October, and I couldn't be happier—especially thanks to Sydney! I've had treatments from a few of the estheticians here, but Sydney has become my go-to. She has an amazing bedside manner, always making me feel comfortable and never pushing unnecessary products or services. I truly trust her expertise, and she creates such a relaxing experience every time.

Beyond Sydney's skill and professionalism, the entire facility is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. I wasn’t expecting to find a place I loved so much after moving from Northern Virginia, but The Esthetic Co. exceeded my expectations. I just had my first treatment with Sidney and all I can say is WOW! Not only is she super sweet but beyond knowledgeable with everything that’s skin. I literally can’t wait to return!

I am about 4 weeks late in writing my review - but WOW!!!

10/18 - We had appointments at Esthetic Co for four facials (one being a bride, her sister, and two cousins).

I had the privilege of having my very first facial done by the wonderful Amber.  She was absolutely amazing!  She greeted us with all smiles and went to work.  Amber is the newbie to the team, but you couldn't tell.  She explained the type of facial she would be doing and the benefits of the process.  It was so relaxing!  The service even came with a facial massage that nearly put me to sleep.  Amber was very easy to talk to and didn't make the experience awkward.

I honestly wasn't sure how the facial would work on my melanated skin, but Amber did such a great job!  I couldn't stop smiling after the seeing the glow that my skin had once she was done.

THANK YOU AMBER!!!  You are wonderful!  When I'm back in the Charlottesville area, I'll make sure to stop in and see you.  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Wow!  What an amazing first time experience at The Esthetic Co.!   Why haven’t I been waxing here before now?  Olivia was the best, so funny and easy to talk to. She really put me at ease.

Unfortunately my daughter suffered a 2nd degree burn to her face.  Olivia quickly and kindly responded with cryotherapy and a C02 mask.  She took gentle care of my daughter and has helped us through the healing process each day since by checking in and giving recommendations.  I’m beyond impressed!

Olivia is the best! I'm so glad to have an amazing body wax salon right in Crozet. The salon is super cute and clean as well. Olivia is always on time, extremely friendly, and fast while doing a detailed job! I highly recommend her for any of your waxing needs!

My go-to girl is Dannah the owner! But everyone is AhhMazing! Being a woman of color it’s hard to find a place that makes me feel comfortable and reassured that my skin will be taken care of. I certainly do here!
