I engaged Nick as my first-ever personal trainer during my pregnancy, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the start, he had been attentive to my health concerns and always tailored our workouts to ensure they were safe and suitable for me (as someone who’s pregnant). Thanks to his guidance, I was able to stay active throughout my pregnancy with confidence and peace of mind. Nick is also very knowledgeable in prenatal fitness and constantly shared useful advice and exercises to help prepare my body for delivery. His support, professionalism, and understanding made a huge difference in my prenatal journey. Highly recommend him to any expecting mums looking to stay healthy and strong!

I enjoy working out with Nick as he tailors exercise program to help me achieve core strength, mobility, flexibility n balance. As I travelled frequently, he taught me exercises that I can do on my own wherever I go. Ever since I worked out with Nick, I have less shoulder n back aches. I could feel I am getting physically stronger each year. Thank you Nick!

Training with Nick kept me active during my pregnancy and I'm glad to have done so! I got stronger over time and could keep up with and carry my toddler with less difficulty while being pregnant, which was my motivation at that time. I look forward to training with Nick again post delivery of my #2!

Kick-starting an exercise regime after 7 years of non-activity certainly requires proper guidance & ALOT of motivation. Nick has been instrumental in kick starting my fitness journey and ensuring that my workouts are quality & safe. Not only have I become stronger, seeing the changes in my body have made me a lot more confident & very motivated to continue. If you are looking for a trainer who motivates & plans the exercise regimes according to your goals and yet ensuring you are healthy in body & mind, you are looking at the right guy!

Started training with Nick beginning this year thinking that I needed help with closing my ab separation after many years postpartum. However, upon checking, it turned out I just needed to shape up. :D Not only is Nick an expert in training pre/post-natal women, he is also very knowledgeable in managing injuries. I have perpetual neck and shoulder pain and his customised training and pain management massage have improved my quality of life. Overall, Nick is a friendly, patient and clear instructor. Under his guidance and motivation, I can see myself getting fitter. I would recommend Nick to anyone who is ready to start achieving their fitness goals! :)

Started training with Nick in Jan 2023, it’s been over a year. I was obese when I first engaged Nick, I knew I have to do something when I hit L-XL size(Asian). If you are looking to start doing something about your weight, health or lifestyle. Don’t wait anymore, the first step is the realisation, you’re just another step away from making the CHANGE to your life. In doubts of whether to sign a package? Just book a trial! Rest assured, no hard selling which is why I signed a package with Nick. Training with Nick has been fruitful and a fulfilling journey. He tries his best to help me achieve my fitness goals, and I’m very happy with where I am now and what I’ve achieved with his help and expertise. FYI “free upgrade” is not what you think it is. (Training will get progressive tougher but it’s within control and comfort level, don’t worry, you’re in good hands!) 💪🏼 CONSISTENCY IS KEY. IT’S NEVER TOO LATE TO START!!
