Fourth Plain Forward serves as the driving force that brings together established systems, grassroots initiatives, residents, and businesses along the diverse Fourth Plain Corridor in Vancouver, Washington. Our mission is to accelerate equity for our community and break down the barriers that have hindered our community's progress. Our commitment extends specifically to uplift Black, Brown, and Indigenous communities, alongside those facing resource limitations and exclusion from mainstream services across Clark County. As we actively transform from a district association to a Community Development Corporation, we strive to create a thriving, well-resourced community of self-empowered, self-determined, and autonomous individuals actively engaged in positive social change.
