HOWEVER, MY GOD IS BIGGER!

I am not here to joke — I am GOD SENT to warn you. Do NOT, under ANY circumstances, take a loan from Mwananchi Credit. Unless you're ready to ruin your peace of mind, your health, your finances, and your sanity, STAY AWAY.

I applied for a logbook loan in January — requested KES 100,000. Mwananchi’s system showed I would repay KES 130,000. Sounds clear, right? Instead, they only sent KES 60,000, citing mysterious deductions for "processing fees" and “IPF.” I was never clearly told about these upfront. That was red flag #1.

Then the real nightmare began.

I started paying my monthly dues — based on their document, KES 43,333 per month. Then suddenly, a rude agent told me the payment was supposed to be KES 53,333. I paid that for three months — totaling KES 159,000 — just to finish quickly and escape.

But wait... it gets worse.

After clearing, I was told I had to pay KES 66,000 more — KES 6,000 for IPF, and KES 60,000 for an “IPF loan” I never understood or asked for. They pulled up a document I had allegedly signed. On legal advice, I paid it just to finish.

So now, I've paid KES 159,000 + KES 66,000 = KES 225,000.

Still not done.

To get my logbook back, they told me to pay KES 4,000 more for a vehicle tracker — a tracker which, by the way, was never installed or functional the entire time! They ignored my complaints about this, too.

So let’s do the math:
I received KES 60,000. I paid back KES 230,000. Yes, you read that right. I paid back nearly FOUR TIMES the amount disbursed.

Is this a financial institution or a legal scam operation? You decide.

Their customer service is rude, arrogant, and dismissive, especially at the Machakos branch. They lie, dodge questions, and throw around documents you supposedly “signed” without real explanation. You will be treated with disrespect and gaslighted for even asking questions.

AND NO — THIS IS NOT JUST A “BAD EXPERIENCE.” THIS IS A DELIBERATE BUSINESS MODEL BUILT ON CONFUSION, HIDDEN CHARGES, AND PSYCHOLOGICAL TORTURE.

If you are still planning to go ahead, please just move closer to a hospital or chemist — because Mwananchi Credit will give you high blood pressure, diabetes, stress-induced ulcers, and even conditions not yet named in modern medicine. Stomach mitochondria disease? Expect it. It’s coming.

Let them take me to court — I stand by every word. Run from this company like your life depends on it — because it does.
