Investigating the effects of breathwork on the brain and body

In this study, we aim to investigate the effects of two body-based practices—Conscious-Connected Breathwork (CCB) and Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) on the brain and body. As a participant, you will take part in two separate recording sessions, one per practice. Additionally, you will complete experiments where you will interact with sounds or pictures.
