OUTFIT CLÁSSICO

Ingredientes:
1 Pacote de massa (4 pessoas)
1 Lata de Atum natural
1 Cenoura
1 Pacote de Natas Leves de Culinária

Modo de Preparação:
1. Cozer a massa em água a ferver;
2. Preparar a raspa da cenoura e coar o liquido do atum;
3. Após a massa cozida, escorrer a água da mesma;
4.Pré aquecer uma frigideira adicionar a massa, a cenoura e o atum e juntar as natas e envolver muito bem até ficar uma mistura homogénea;
5. Servir no prato e adicionar mais umas raspas de cenoura;

MASSA DE ATUM E CENOURA

Ingredientes:
1 Banana
45gr de Aveia
2 Ovos

Modo de Preparação:
1. Numa liquidificadora adicionar a banana, a aveia, e os ovos e deixar triturar tudo até ficar uma massa homogénea;
2. Aquecer uma frigideira com um pouco de gordura vegetal e adicionar o liquido em formato de circulo e deixar cozinhar;
3. Servir as panquecas num prato e polvilhar a gosto com canela/mel ou um topping a gosto;
