Conrad New York Downtown has introduced Leonessa, a lively Italian-inspired cocktail lounge that replaces the former Loopy Doopy Rooftop Bar. Global investment firm Cambridge Associates relocated its Boston office to the top three floors of Winthrop Center in Boston’s Financial District. Structure Tone worked with Suffolk (base building contractor), Millennium Partners (building owner), and IA (architect) to meet building standards and base building temporary certificate of occupancy (TCO) requirements, while creating a hybrid workplace that optimizes employee connection and client accommodation. Situated East of Washington Square Park, NYU’s College of Arts and Sciences underwent a significant redevelopment initiative encompassing a complete overhaul of its infrastructure and aesthetics. Structure Tone did a thorough gut renovation and fit-out of floors 2-6, alongside extensive enhancements to the elevator systems, mechanical infrastructure, electrical capacity, windows, vertical risers, and new lobby staircase. A significant challenge was the meticulous rebuilding of the elevators, necessitating a complex underpinning process due to existing structural constraints. Structure Tone provided construction management services for the New York Mets’ (NYM) corporate offices at Citi Field. The 5,500sf, known as “The Hub,” serves as a social, dining, and event space for the NYM employees. The baseball design concept is evident upon entering, with a curved reception desk made of blue wood and imposed leather cross-stitching and an art installation made up of multiple baseballs. Structure Tone partnered with IA Interior Architects to renovate private equity firm Thomas H. Lee’s (THL) 63,000sf headquarters at 100 Federal Street in Boston’s Financial District. Following the design laid out by IA, Structure Tone built THL a space that transforms the firm’s office environment by enhancing employees’ daily operations and representing the company brand. Serving as construction manager, Structure Tone completed an extensive two-phased, 255,000sf renovation project for the illustrious St. Regis New York Hotel. Phase 1 consisted of comprehensive upgrades to the lobby, adjacent F&B spaces, model rooms, and corridors, while Phase 2 included the creation of a luxurious new spa and renovations to the fitness center and guestrooms. Structure Tone New Jersey fit out the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering basis of design for Fiserv’s location in Berkeley Heights, NJ. The four-story building encompasses 428,000sf of space with social work zones, culinary programming, and wellness opportunities for associates.
