What's the program about?

This program is a daily morning ritual of breathwork, gentle yoga, and mantra meditation — designed to bring clarity, grounding, and peace to the start of your day.

What time do we meet?

At 6:30 AM PST on weekdays and at 7:30 AM PST on weekends.

Will the practice be in English?

Yes! And we will provide a Russian translation throughout the session.

Is it prerecorded or a live event?

It is a 40-day live online program.
