Are you insured and qualified?

Yes! Toff’s Paw Patrol is fully insured, and our team has experience in pet care, basic canine first aid, and training. We treat your pets like family.

Do you offer meet-and-greets?

Absolutely. We highly recommend a free meet-and-greet before your first service so your dog can get comfortable with us and we can understand their needs.

What are your dog walking options?

We offer: - Solo walks (great for dogs who prefer individual attention). - Group walks (small, social groups of 2–3 dogs matched by size and temperament). Walks range from 30 to 60 minutes and include water breaks and photo/video updates.

What happens during doggy daycare?

Your pup will enjoy: - Safe, supervised play - Socialisation (if appropriate) - Walks and rest time - Drop-offs and pickups are available in the morning and late afternoon.

Do you board dogs overnight?

Yes, we offer home-style boarding in a safe and loving environment. Spaces are limited to ensure personalised care. We only accept friendly, vaccinated dogs.

What if my dog has special needs or medications?

No problem! Just let us know during your booking, and we’ll ensure your dog’s care plan is followed. We can administer basic medications at no extra cost.
