This form allows USC Kaufman to waive a lower-division dance course in order to place you in a higher-level dance course. It is your responsibility to register for the course if you receive permission to do so. IMPORTANT: For your safety, the faculty member teaching the course for which you are requesting a prerequisite waiver may recommend a lower-level course after observing you in class.
