Petition to protect our national monuments
Petition to protect our national monuments
Arizona’s public lands are irreplaceable, and right now two of our most treasured landscapes: Baaj Nwaavjo I'tah Kukveni Ancestral Footprints of the Grand Canyon National Monument and Ironwood Forest National Monument need your voice. These sacred and wild places protect cultural heritage, wildlife habitat, clean water, and opportunities for recreation. But some lawmakers are threatening to weaken or undo their protections. We need your help to make sure these monuments remain protected permanently. Contact your legislators today and tell them: Our national monuments must stay intact. Do not change their status. Do not roll back the protections that keep these lands safe for future generations. Together, we can ensure Arizona’s wildest and most culturally significant places remain protected, respected, and celebrated for generations to come.
