늘 복잡한 결론보다는 단순한 것들로부터 즐거움과 생기를 얻고 있다. 인공 베리 맛만 알다가 진짜 맛있는 블루베리와 블랙베리를 처음 먹고서 입안에 축포가 터졌던 때를 떠올리면, 나도 모르게 몸이 가벼워지고 둥실댄다. 베리와 시트러스의 시고 단 맛으로 몸을 채우듯 킥과 베이스 사이에 무언가를 집어넣는 일은 내 귀의 미뢰를 따라가는 소중한/풍성한 작업이었다.

이 EP는 꽉 찬 플라스틱 과일컵에서 좋아하는 것을 먼저 골라 먹던 마음으로 만들었다. 너무 시거나 달아서 나중엔 물로 입안을 적셔줘야 하는 느낌을 듣는 여러분도 느껴보면 좋겠다.

Yoni Berri is an electronic musician based in South Korea. She began making music in 2021 and officially made her debut in May 2025. Her sound flows across various genres, always guided by her distinct and personal taste.

"I remember tasting blueberries and blackberries for the very first time when I was young. That joy has never vanished or faded. This debut EP, 'Fruit Cup', is the result of my sonic journey. Inspired by those joyful moments, flavors of berries, citrus, and juice flow through the entire album."
