Redhat/LVS
I'm having some major issues with getting Redhat Cluster Suite (aka LVS) to work. I'm running on RH3-ES (Kernel 2.4.21-20.EL) and using the latest version of the Redhat Cluster Suite. Essentially what is happening is this:
I'll configure the box, assign it a floating IP, setup the Virtual/Real servers and HUP the processes to make sure everything's in there. But when I try to connect to the floating IP (ie: port 25 for the mail cluster) it just hangs, and does not spit out anything to the error logs. I've turned off IPTables to make sure that wasn't an issue and portsentry as well. Either way, it's a no-dice situation. I can try to provide more configuration info if needed. But would like to just query out there if anyone's used this product before and may be able to lend a helping hand, before I call Redhat and pay for support?
