[ linux+ certification ]

Out of curiosity, have any of you taken the Linux+ certification exam? I'm thinking about taking it if I can get a better hold on Linux. As it stands, I've just gotten my feet wet a little tinkering with Red Hat 7.1, Debian, and Corel Linux ( the distro I have on my P-III at the moment ). I'm reading up on it more than hands on since I don't like going into things blindly.

If you can suggest decent linux resources ( books mostly, I've still got some gift cards to blow from the holidays )...I'd appreciate it.

My current Linux bookshelf contains:

Linux for Dummies Quick Reference
Linux Essential Reference
Installing Debian GNU/Linux
Corel Linux Starter Kit
Corel Linux for Dummies
Linux+ Study Guide
Caldera OpenLinux 2.2 Fast & Easy
How to Use Linux
Caldera OpenLinux Installation and Configuration Handbook
Caldera OpenLinux Unleashed
Debian GNU/Linux 2.1 Unleashed
SuSE Linux Unleashed
Linux Programming Unleashed
Linux System Administrator's Survival Guide 2nd Ed
Linux Complete

I know some are rather light reads, just basic gloss overs. I like a light read since I have a lot of time taken up with other projects and classes...
