SuSE 9.1 to 9.2 worth it?
I realized yesterday that the reason I was having so much trouble getting programs that required SuSE 9.2 to work is that I in fact had 9.1. What can I say, the boxes look the same and I'd never bothered to check. So now I'm trying to decide whether or not to shell out the $75 to get 9.2. I'm leaning towards doing it, because the 9.1 discs I have are borrowed from a friend and it would be nice to have my own discs, but I wanted to ask the following things:
A) Can I just stick the 9.2 discs in and upgrade, or do I have to reinstall everything?
B) The box for 9.2 says that it supports Centrino wireless. Are they telling the truth about that? I'm running a Centrino laptop and it would be really nice not to have to boot into XP just to use WiFi.
C) What are the main benefits of upgrading?
