Sylpheed question

I know there are a couple of Sylpheed-claws users here. Question for you guys. Have you noticed that if you're using "highlight misspelled words" option, and you right-click on one of the words you misspelled to correct it, the whole compose window goes into this odd spell-checking mode to where you can't type anything else without affecting things that either still are misspelled, or used to be misspelled and have since been corrected. One of the most notable things is that whenever you type the letter "r" it brings up a replace window for the last misspelled word you fixed. Has anyone found a way out/around that?
