Bug tracking
I have two or three little projects I'm working on and I've been convinced that implementing some form of bug tracking would be beneficial.
Since I've never run a bug tracking database before, I naturally went for the most popular one, bugzilla, and it's nice, really nice, but it seems to be overkill for my needs. I've searched through Freshmeat and Sourceforge and most of the projects I've run across seem to be trying to duplicate bugzilla, which, again, nice, but overkill.
So, I thought I'd come in here and ask. Do you just take email, maybe use a forum, what? What system do you use to track bugs in your software, and what are the strengths and weaknesses of your system?
