Fedora + Flash + Firefox = borked sound

Ok Here is my problem, I have been pounding my head since day one of FC3 release to get Firefox to produce sound using the flash plugin. I have tried aoss firefox to no avail, googling out anwsers are a no here since I only get like one link relating to the problem and it has no answers but the aoss firefox. Any ideas on what I should do, or if FC4 somehow managed to fix the problem (Which I doubt since I am assuming it is on macromedia's end but who knows.)
