CLI audio control
I am searching for a non-interactive CLI for my sound card (Sound Blaster Live w/4.1 speakers).
I run KAMix in KDE and it works well., but there seems to not be any CLI, at least not documented that I can find.
I found smixer, which seems to be pretty nice, but it has no controls for the rear channel speakers. I am tryig to configure lineakd and working towards getting the volume controls working. I can raise the volume and lower the volume in incremets or to a specific percentage, but just on the front. The other thing I'd like to do is toggle the mute. The only thing I can do now is set the pcm vol to 0 and then raise it gradually.
