Redhat 9 problems?
Alright, let's see here.
I'm an extreme newbie. The very latest in B's. Funny. Anyway, I have some problems with RedHat 9.0 regarding a certain, Windows XP. Now, I in all have one harddrive. I partitioned it so Windows XP is first, takes 7 some gigs, a swap drive of 402 mb, RedHat 9.0 is second, taking some, 4.5 gigs. And the rest is a third partition, with a bunch of data.
Now, perhaps this isn't new, but when Redhat's GRUB says to select an OS, I can't select windows, and Redhat doesn't recognize any partitions, only its own little 4.5 gig heaven.
How do I aleviate this problem? I have an HP Pavilion 0705w, and Windows came read on the PC, no start up disks.I tried looking through many upon many forums and borrowed the redhat 9.0 book from the library, still not working. I would be very greatful. Thank you.
