Soundcard...

My system recently died and I am running a old system I had laying around til I can find the cash to build a new system. So I am currently running a Dell Optiplex GX1 which has a onboard Crystal Semiconductor sound card model CS4236. I have not been useing sound til I just tried now and I just realized there is no sound card installed. I tried running the sound card probeing app but that says there is no sound card available. (yes I know that is not perfect) I am running Feodora Core 3 as the distro. Does anyone know if that sound card is supported or should I dig up one of my old Creative SB16 PCI cards.
