Update.... Suse...
EDIT: I commented the bash info!
I got vexed with Kubuntu b/c I couldn't log into root (seemed like there was no root set up) so I went to the mag/book store and lo and behold, there was a LinuxPro Magazine with a Suse 9.2 bootable DVD attached.
So I'm running Suse... but I still have no internet. Wrote down what people asked though, so
etc/resolv.conf is

As always, when trying to get a website to load I get the error message
'An error ocurred while loading

I'll take any suggestions or thoughts or whatnot! I've got to go to work later tonight but the bf is instructed to come by before the library closes to print out whatever is in the thread if anyone responds.
Much thanks,
Trinity
