My web server is also my firewall, and it's running FC2... (2.6.10-1.771_FC2).

I get a lot of traffic... considering it's just a leisure thing... (a few mill hits a year)

Lately I've been getting notes about access problems... but only from a very few people.

I've tested the problem with someone that cannot resolve my host...
and turned off my firewall to see if perhaps it was denying their IP addi...
but it made no diff.
If she pings my hostname (www.corto.ca)... it responds that it's trying to reach the proper IP address but ultimately times out.
If she nslookup's ... she gets the proper IP address.
If she puts that url in her browser... NOTHING.
If she puts the ip address in the browser... NOTHING.
The same problem exists for another friend... that is on a mostly different route... ones in texas, the other in cali.

We troubleshot the problem as if the problem was her system.
Her wireless linksys is set up properly and is DHCP from the SP.
The subnet assigned by the SP is normal... (not malformed)
She hits everything else she browses to... no problemo.

She is very sure nothing changed from wednesday to thursday... but it worked on Wed... now it doesn't.

Nothing changed on my end... but as part of troubleshooting ... I have run a bunch of FC2 patches.

I'm seriously at a loss.
