KDE size issue

Hey everyone,

My friend recently converted from Windows to Debian with KDE. He is very excited, but there's one issue. He has a rediculously tiny monitor capable of a maximum resolution no greater than 800x600. At this resolution, it is very difficult to use KDE as most configuration dialogues are larger than his screen.

I've told him to use ALT + left mouse key to move the dialogues around, but that's more or less a work around. Is there a way to change shrink the default everything in KDE so that it better fits a small resolution?

Thanks,
Lucas
