Trojans

I have just had a huge headache the last few day, seems someone logged into my server (Hosted) and uploaded a trojan for everyone to download. It is simple he sends ypi a message on MSN to check out a cool picture and viola you have a trojan that creates a variety of spyware on your pc. Anyway is there anyway I can trace the source of the person who created the folder?
