download cancel

I have a 2 megabyte application download and I am getting a high rate of cancels, anywhere from 1 out of 14 to 1-20. Meaning only one person out of 20 actually finish the download. It usuually only takes about three minutes to download on broadband. I'm just wondering if this is just normal user behavior or not. I think many people just click on anything, then when they realize it's software downloading they freak out. . .spyware or something so they cancel or abort the download.

Anyone have stats or similiar experiences?
