My apologies, I'm sure you all hate these posts
What is a good site-- or even book-- to start on the right foot and learn to use Linux in general? I figure a site or book on Fedoracore is going to start with the assumption I have an idea what I'm doing... and I don't.

I'm havng a terrible time converting and my one-button mouse isn't helping. I know very few Linux users around here, but Fedora's the only thing so far that I've put on this Mac that runs at tollerable speeds. Actually it runs really damn fast and I'm impressed with every aspect of the system I've been able to figure out.
...Just, ran into a brick wall when it came to putting some more programs on it.
