MPlayer and Alsa
Is it possible specify Alsa devices in MPlayer's config file? On the commandline, I can say alsa:device=hw#2.0 and everything is hunky-dory. However, '#' is the comment character for the config file (non-escapable, at least in usually fashion). I vaguely recall there being a replacement for '#' when used in config file (which is silly, since '#' already supplants ':', but I don't keep score).
Obviously, I can alias "mplayer -ao blah" in my shell, but that's really just a work-around. Anybody know how to specify the device in the config file?
