spam explosion

Has anyone else had a significan upsurge in spam over the past few days?

I've been having problems with sa-learn. It'll treat a whole file of spam messages as just one message.

For example:
lrc@red4est:~/Mail$ sa-learn --spam missedspam
Learned from 0 message(s) (1 message(s) examined).
